What We Expect from You:
- Implement treatment plans to support skill acquisition in children with autism.
- Assist in behavior management and data analysis.
- Attend regular training meetings and demonstrate a proactive approach.
- Demonstrate energy, creativity, and dedication to helping children reach their potential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and reliability are a must.
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
Requirements: The schedule for each case changes on the days and times services are performed. BBR works with your availability and the hours you desire to work weekly. Keep in mind this is a Part-time job with a 3-month probation.

Willing to drive to Santa Ana, CA or surrounding locations!
- High School Diploma required.
- Preferred degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or education.
- Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, including weekdays from 2 PM - 8 PM.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
