Pro Sales Counter Specialist- Bilingual Preferred
Job Description
- Responsible for servicing professional builders and contractors
- Creates quotes, orders, and special orders
- Handles sales calls and walk-in traffic to generate sales
- Schedules deliveries for customers with the delivery coordinator
- Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries, product quality or service
- Works with corporate and store employees to achieve sales goals and company service standards.
- Works with vendors to obtain information on pricing, products, or other information
- Builds and maintains customer relationships
- Assists customers on the sales floor as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in building material industry; Knowledge of building process preferred
- Ability to operate computer, calculator, cash register
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships (required)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform in outdoor or warehouse environments if needed
- Ability to work with a team to accomplish goals
- Able to pass a pre-employment background verification as well as pre-employment drug screen
- Carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Pass all Company training regarding equipment usage

Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
