This role is responsible for leading and executing process improvement initiatives to optimize production performance and output.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify areas of improvement using data driven analysis.
- Lead process improvement projects, from conception to implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process designs and alterations.
- Define manufacturing process standards, procedures, and work instructions.
- Use Lean manufacturing principles to drive process optimization initiatives.
- Support production teams in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct training for production teams on new process implementations and standard work.
- Identify and implement technology for process improvement; drive continuous improvement in the production process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using statistical process control tools.
- Knowledge in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience with process validation, including protocols, testing and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
