Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Environmental Policy, or Engineering.
- 5-10 years in environmental permitting, compliance, site development, and regulatory analysis.
- Proficiency with GIS platforms and a keen ability to navigate and research environmental statutes and regulations.
- Candidates holding a Master’s degree in a relevant field will have an advantage.
Role Overview:
- Conduct environmental reviews and analyses for site development related to various energy projects.
- Maintain compliance and permitting schedules for both new developments and existing operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies to balance advocacy with regulatory requirements.
- Manage external environmental consultants and contribute to internal strategies and policy advocacy.
- Travel domestically to project sites, conferences, and meetings as required.
