We are seeking a candidate to join our vibrant and energetic team of Customer Service Representatives with previous experience working in a customer service environment. We are seeking individuals who have proven customer service and time management skills, as well as an ability to work well within a team environment. Our Customer Service Representatives have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally while working with a respected leader in our industry.
Team members will be the primary point of contact for customer relations and provide quality customer service to potential and existing customers. This position is a support function including order processing, and quotation.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Manage inquiries while providing exceptional service during each interaction
- Operate the computer systems that manage customer information.
- Meet KPIs and targets for responsiveness, sales, quality and customer excellence
- Work with customers to answer questions and keep records up to date.
- Clearly communicate information to customers.
- Use the telephone system to communicate with customers.
- Demonstrate the value of our services and brand
Customer Service Representative Key Qualifications:

- Computer literacy is required
- Prior experience in a sales or support role is a plus
