Position Summary
Radiology Partners is seeking a Manager of Payor Contracting and Legal Analytics responsible for executing and supporting Payor Contracting and Legal strategic initiatives. This involves building, defining, and managing payor models, executing on strategic initiates, developing material to support discussions with executive leadership, defining and managing analytical projects.
This role is highly visible with significant growth opportunity in a privately-owned and fast-growing organization. The Manager will report to the Associate Director RCM Analytics and will serve as an advisor to the other RCM and Payor Contracting leaders.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration or related field from a four-year College or University and 3+ years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of management consulting experience from a top-tier firm preferred.
- 1+ years of successfully leading teams through projects and organization initiatives.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry. Strong proficiency in analysis, data visualization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to work with complex models and generate meaningful insights and takeaways.
- Strong written and verbal communication; excellent PowerPoint skills a must.
- Effectively thinks big picture but also has the ability to drill down into the details.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands.
- Strong ability to independently drive results and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and coding is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI or another BI tool is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Databricks SQL is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $125,000.00 - $140,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
