The Therapy Village is looking for an Occupational Therapist (OTR) in an outpatient facility for a full-time contract basis.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters Degree of an approved school of Occupational Therapy
- Licensed by the Texas State Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience as an OT in a pediatric setting
- Possess a valid state driver’s license
- Current CPR certification
The Occupational Therapist will service pediatric patients with various disabilities in their daily environment. This may include but is not limited to:
- Assessing, treating, reassessing, and discharging as applicable
- Coordinating and documentation of all OT services provided
- Administering age-appropriate fine motor and developmental tests
- Initiating, coordinating and revising treatment plans
- Maintaining confidentiality of information relating to client
- Demonstrated knowledge of current best practices.
- Working knowledge of all applicable Texas and federal laws
- Knowledge of rehabilitation procedures, activities, and equipment used in occupational therapy.
- Excellent observation, good clinical judgment and good oral/written communication skill
Must work at least 2-3 afternoons/evenings a week. We are a pediatric facility and the majority of our clients need services in the afternoon and evenings.

Pay: $63.01 - $66.90 per hour
