Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a Sales Lead & Team Development Manager who is not only a seasoned salesperson but also possesses the vision and capability to build and lead a sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both hands-on sales and strategic team leadership, with a passion for the real estate, construction, or home improvement sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales by engaging directly with customers and closing deals.
Develop strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand our customer base.
Forge and sustain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions.
Communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Recruit, train, and mentor future sales team members.
Set individual and team sales targets.
Align sales strategies with the overarching business goals.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in direct sales (B2C) with a successful track record.
Prior experience in sales team leadership or readiness to step into a managerial role.
Strong communication, presentation, and influence skills across all levels of an organization.
Proven ability to manage the sales process from planning to closure.
Proficient in positioning products against competitors and articulating product/service distinctions.
Experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience.
