Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Retail Team Members to support stores from June 17th through September 7th. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the reliability of store operations during our peak seasons. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a retail environment while contributing to the success of our team during busy periods.
Job Description:

Greet and help customers politely.

Provide product details and assist with inquiries.

Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Engage customers to suggest products.

Upsell and promote special offers.

Meet or exceed sales targets.

Receive and unpack merchandise shipments.

Stock shelves according to company standards.

Ensure accurate labeling and pricing.

Follow assigned work schedules punctually.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with team to maintain store cleanliness.
Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older.

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:

Constant movement, talking, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two hours.

Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.

Lift objects up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.

Stand or walk for at least 8 hours daily.

Ability to climb step stools or ladders.

Your individual responsibilities as a Service Team Member will include demonstrating excellent service, assisting customers on the sales floor, and performing cashier functions. In addition, you will be responsible for keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, accurately signing promotions, organizing the selling floor and backroom areas.
