Responsibilities
Assessment: Must take the assessment to be considered for the position
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses in a friendly and professional manner. Connect with vendors and Farmers staff to provide needed services for our clientele.
Sales: Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products to meet their requirements.
Policy Management: Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities.
Communication: Speak with our customers through your computer via softphone app.
Requirements
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a must
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Language: Must speak English and Spanish
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative and drive.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy management and documentation.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a remote environment and adapting to changes in technology and processes.
License: Must possess a California P&C license.
