Saints + Council in Midtown is seeking a Sous Chef+ to join our team. Our menu is seasonally focused, global and leans towards smoked and braised meats. We are seeking a passionate chef that loves food, and even more importantly, loves developing their team.
We are a small family owned company with expansion plans underway as we expand S+C and a new concept, Cuevacia.
You will be joining a fully staffed team that consists of an Executive Chef and two Sous Chefs, along with a BOH staff of 25+
Your responsibilities will include managing great shifts, menu curation, inventory and financial management, and people development. We are seeking someone with strong culinary experience with loads of passion!
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus.
