We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn about different businesses and industries while playing a crucial role in our clients' talent acquisition efforts.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our clients' needs. This role offers a base salary with a very competitive commission/bonus structure, providing ample opportunity for financial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and attract top talent using a variety of recruiting methods and platforms.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, and conduct phone screens, to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between both candidates and hiring managers' calendars.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and our internal team members.
- Reporting: Track and report on key recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven, motivated, and eager to achieve targets and goals.
- Previous recruiting, marketing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
