We are seeking passionate and self-directed individuals to join our team as Registered Nurses at our vibrant facility. Mary's Meadow is a unique nursing home that embraces the Small-House Concept which consists of four separate houses, each accommodating 10 residents. The residents enjoy a home-like environment with private rooms, full baths, and shared living spaces. The facility prioritizes independence and self-reliance, allowing residents to feel at home. Leading and coordinating the interdisciplinary care team to meet individual needs.
Making independent clinical decisions and communicating them effectively.
Implementing physician orders and nursing interventions.
Participating in resident care planning and supporting our nursing department's goals and objectives.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and staff.
Monitoring residents' conditions, reporting changes promptly, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Inspiring teamwork and creating a positive work environment.
Empowering elders to make their own decisions whenever possible.
Making prompt and accurate judgments in emergency situations.
Collaborating with elder assistants, elders, and families to provide necessary teaching and support.
Graduation from an accredited school or college of nursing.
Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
Excellent assessment skills and a team-oriented mindset.
