```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Perform data entry, manage files, and update records
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, events and travel arrangements for staff
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
-Pick up and drop off customers and staff

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
