IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company is seeking an extremely motivated and high-energy representative and relationship builder to join our team as a Remarketing Success Specialist. The Remarketing Success Specialist is responsible for remarketing sales operations at designated branches within a metro market. This position is demanding and the successful incumbent must adopt a true ownership mindset with current and potential customers. This person is responsible for maintaining frequent contact with sales teams along with external and internal customers to ensure that necessary business functions are being met. The ideal candidate should enjoy multitasking in a dynamic team environment. Strong communication skills are essential, both over the phone and in person.
In this Role you’ll:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the remarketing business model and serve as a local liaison between the customers and the organization.
- Work with branches and remarketing sales teams to build relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Partner to increase the volume and revenue from existing clients.
- Work with remarketing sales teams to identify new business opportunities from existing clients as well as new clients.
- Utilize all appropriate means to research, respond to, and resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relations with the remarketing sales team and customers, handling the administrative tasks related to the consignments.
- Contact customers on sale days, communicating the bid amounts and actively working to get these negotiated between Seller and Buyer
- Coordinate and work with the Branch to ensure processes are meeting customer expectations.
- Complete assigned responsibilities with a disciplined and systematic approach to tasks, coupled with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.

Here’s what you bring:
- Excellent customer service skills
- 2-4 years’ experience in automotive auction or dealership environment
- Must be highly skilled in organizing and prioritizing workload.
- Be creative and solutions-oriented, problem solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and all applications
- Have a general understanding of B2B interface technology
- Ability to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment
- Willing to dig-in and continually learn new things and build a knowledge base
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset who proactively works with other people to ensure customer needs are met.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior work experience in Sales and Account Coordination
- CSA Today and ASAP experience a plus
- Previous sales remarketing experience strongly preferred
- Experience with a customer management system – Salesforce would be a plus
