Job Responsibilities:
Must be able to answer phone calls, help clients over the phone with anything they may need, and schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments

Prep clients for their service

Prep and clean rooms for the clients

Tasks include watering plants/dusting/laundry/sweeping/mopping/making the beds etc.

Help in maintaining spa cleanliness

Serve the client's coffee or tea and other requirements they need.

Must be able to keep up with a busy schedule and be customer service-oriented. (Training is available.)

Keep up with a positive environment for customers and other employees.

Needs to be willing to work mornings, afternoons & evening shifts

Be able to have a flexible schedule.

Must have experience working in cleaning/stocking/laundry/working efficiently

Dress professionally: Must wear scrubs.
Administrative Duties:

Scheduling.

Stocking supplies.

Sorting and sending mail.

Answering and routing phone calls.

Managing social media.
-
Greeting visitors.

Social Media posting
