Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to Plastic Surgeon/CEO. EA is provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
Duties:
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations
- Handle confidential information with integrity
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Assist in planning company events and meetings
- Errands
- Help with filming of social media videos
- Assist with marketing tasks
- Assist with market research & medical billing
- Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
Experience:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with basic proofreading techniques
