Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Administrative and Business Development Associate. This role is a hybrid position combining the responsibilities of an executive assistant, administrative assistant, and business development associate. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter capable of working both independently and collaboratively, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support to the Director of Case Management & Business Development.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings using Microsoft Outlook.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
- Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events, occasionally requiring evening and weekend work.
- Conduct cold calls to new and existing business relationships, leads, and patients.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and databases.
- Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies.
- Prepare and manage documentation and communication in both Spanish and English.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, copying, and mailing.
- Support various administrative tasks as required in a fast-paced medical practice with 9 locations.
- Drive to different locations as needed (valid driver’s license & mode of transportation are required).
Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in an administrative position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both in the office and remotely.
- Availability to occasionally work evenings and weekends for marketing events.
- Valid driver's license required.
Compensation
- Hourly wage with a bonus structure available for earning monthly bonuses.
- Full-time position with benefits included.
- This position will evolve in time into a salaried position with expanded duties as a field representative.

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
