1. Property Manager
Location: 3605 Minnesota Ave SE, Washington, DC 20019
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations.
- Implement and enforce property policies and procedures.
- Manage leasing and marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy rates.
- Supervise staff including leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative personnel.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Tax Credit experience, real estate, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
2. Leasing Consultant Location: 3539 A Street SE
Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective residents with property tours and leasing inquiries.
- Process rental applications and leases.
- Conduct thorough market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract prospective residents.
- Maintain resident satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
3. Assistant Property Manager
Location: 3539 A Street SE, Suite B WDC 20019 & 116 Irvington St SW, WDC 20032
Responsibilities:
- Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations.
- Handle resident inquiries and complaints.
- Prepare and maintain leasing documents and records.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor relations.
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Tax Credit experience, knowledge in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in property management or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations.
4. Maintenance Supervisor Location: Washington, DC -- TBD
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance tasks.
- Oversee repairs and renovations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in maintenance or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Maintenance Technician Location: 201 58th st NE, WDC 20019
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents and property management.
- Conduct inspections and identify maintenance issues.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance techniques and tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $45.09 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
