Various responsibilities assisting the physician with administrative tasks in business matters and personal assistance, including but not limited to:
* Perform administrative support tasks.
* Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about services, procedures and policies.
* Emails, text messages, phone calls.
* Schedule procedures
* Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
* Greet and check-in patients/clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
*Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facilities.
* Supply orders
* Talk to representatives
* Calls and follows up with patients as needed.
Requirements:
* Experience in a medical office
* Comfort working alone and independently.
* Positive attitude.
* Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Word, Instagram posts.
* Previous experience using electrical health software.
* Comfortable with cold calling
*Master's certificate or university degree plus experience as indicated above
