As an Anesthesia Tech, at Northwest Houghton Medical Center, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best- providing quality care to our patients. Requirements:
- Completion of Anesthesia Tech, EMT, Surgical Tech or similar course -OR- 1 year experience as an Anesthesia Tech can substitute for education requirement.
- Preferred: Two (2) years anesthesia technician experience.
- Required: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) - Due by close on the last day of the month after one full month of work.
About the Job:
- Responsible for assisting anesthesia providers as directed including but not limited to assistance during patient inductions.
- Responsible for the care and maintenance of the anesthesia machines.

Licenses/Certifications:
Required: American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS.
Preferred: American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) ACLS and PALS; Cer. A.T. or Cer. A.T.T.
