Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bread Baker to join our team. As a Bread Baker, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of bread products, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards and delight our customers. You will work early morning shifts from Tuesday to Friday, with a mid-morning shift on Monday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, including sourdough, rolls, and specialty breads.
- Follow established recipes and techniques to maintain consistency and quality.
- Mix, knead, and shape dough by hand or using machinery.
- Monitor baking process, adjusting temperatures and timings as necessary.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the baking area.
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and report any shortages.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a baker preferred, specifically in bread making
- Ability to work early morning shifts and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lift and carry 50lb
