Rosov Consulting is seeking a Research Operations Assistant to support our team with logistical, administrative, research, and communications tasks. Working with our team will give you multifaceted experience in social science research and evaluation in the context of a field-leading research and evaluation company.
This is a full-time, non-exempt, US-based remote position with superior benefits and fantastic work culture. Rosov Consulting is able to consider candidates from the US only. Candidates working in other countries will not be considered at this time. This position reports to our Associate Director, Systems & Innovation.

Hourly Wage: *$28.85.

What You Will Do*
You will play an essential role in supporting our research teams by:

Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple research projects simultaneously―including screening, scheduling, and coordinating logistics for interviews and focus groups, providing updates to the researchers and participants.
- Uploading, testing, and fielding online surveys, managing respondent contact lists, monitoring survey response rates, developing fielding tracking dashboards, and sending out incentives.
- Helping ensure the quality and integrity of our data analyses by cleaning, deidentifying, organizing, and maintaining quantitative and qualitative databases and files.
- Supporting our project (research) teams with document review, light internet research, emails, notetaking, and upkeep of the project management software.
- Providing general administrative support―helping our leadership team members execute on the big picture with action items and alerting stakeholders of timelines and upcoming deadlines.
- Coordinating and scheduling team and client meetings.
- Copyediting, proofreading, and formatting documents and reports.
- Communicating regularly and clearly with project team members, operations staff and clients.
- Additional tasks as assigned.

You’ll have a lot on your plate, so your ability to juggle competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to different work styles across the team will be extremely helpful. You are self-motivated and can work independently in a remote environment while keeping your teammates informed of your progress and pushing work forward. If you are creative and resourceful, you can teach our team new tricks and help us get better at research project implementation and administration. You have a college degree (ideally some background in social science) and 2–3 years of work experience in a similar role.
As an international, remote team our work runs in the “cloud,” so you’ll need to use our extensive communications and project management systems including Google Workspace, Dropbox Business, Slack, Zoom, Klient/Salesforce, Qualtrics—in addition to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. We will provide on-the-job training to get you up and to running (and feeling confident).
