Project Manager:
Description:
Are you a self-motivated individual with experience delegating workflow to multiple crews and projects simultaneously? The successful Project Manager for American Energy Services, LLC will work directly with the production director, clients, and field teams to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. The prospective candidate will coordinate with all departments to ensure every aspect of each project is compatible and completed successfully. They will assess resource allotment as needed to fulfill client needs. He or she will have complete ownership of project operations and will report daily on project progression to ensure completion within the budgeted timeline and cost. This individual will also be responsible for the safety coaching, inspection, and compliance of all teams reporting to them.
Responsibilities:
· Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
· Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
· Track and report project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
· Meet budgetary objectives and adjust to project constraints based on financial analysis.
· Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients, staff members, and department management.
· Exercise and continually develop leadership skills.
· Monitor and ensure safety compliance of all assigned field teams.
· Monitor, meet, and exceed project quality standards for clients as well as the requirements of field teams from start to finish, including final project walk through.
· Issue disciplinary action and write-ups as needed.
Required Skills:
· The ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
· Attention to detail
· 2 years of experience in project management
· Experience with process implementation and improvement
· Advanced time management and analytical skills
· Working knowledge of basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
· Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills
· Associates Degree or higher
· 2 years of experience in the electrical field desired
· Electrical knowledge and Salesforce experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
