JOB REQUIREMENTS
- This is a office position where you will primarily work on the phone; you must be comfortable working on the phone and dialing/answering between 75-125 calls per day

JOB DUTIES
- Top task is booking appointments for our sales team to close. This is task that earns your bonuses.
- OBJECTIVE: to book 3-5 qualified appointments each and every day.
- Answering the phone and providing general customer service to prospects and clients. (most inbound calls are leads to be booked into appointments).
- Monitoring inbound leads and contacting new prospects immediately.
- Creating and preparing invoices for sales.
- Creating work orders for jobs.
- Confirm sales appointments and jobs.
- Placing product orders from suppliers.
- Providing sales team support.
- Providing field team support.
- Other common office tasks.
