Global Product Manager
We are looking for an experienced Global Senior Product Manager to join our team. You must come from the healthcare or medical device industry. You also must have experience with EHR/EMR systems or medical coding. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, creative problem-solver with excellent communication and collaboration skills who can drive the success of our products.
We are looking for someone who has launched Software Products and focuses on the design through delivery.
This is a REMOTE position working East Coast hours.
Position Overview: The Global Senior Product Manager will work closely with a Product Designer, Engineering Manager and Engineers that are part of a squad focused on a particular product.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the development, execution, and delivery of the product working in conjunction with other product managers.

Create the product vision and strategy communicating across the squad.

Create the actionable product roadmap aligning to the business objectives and platform governance.

Gather feedback and provide strategic guidance to the design and engineering teams.

Oversee the product roadmap, ensuring deliverables are met.

Conduct risk and quality assessments at the product level.

Continuously communicate to stakeholders on product vision, activities, stages and progress, while maintaining timelines.

Maintain and manage product backlog
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years in the healthcare or medical device industry.

5+ years of experience in product management specifically with software product development.

Experience with EHR/EMR systems and/or Medical Coding and terminology.

5+ years of experience in agile software development.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product roadmaps.

Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
We are offering a base salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 depending on experience and geographic location. Our package includes a bonus and great benefits.
