Job Summary:
The Generator Installation Manager will oversee the installation of generators at various sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and technical skills to coordinate and manage installation teams and subcontractors effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of generator installations from inception to completion.

Supervise installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and potential challenges.

Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Liaise with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.

Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams.

Review and approve project documentation, including permits and inspection reports.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in generator installation, electrical contracting, or a similar industry.

Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
