- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely food preparation
Experience
- Proven experience as Creativity in developing new sushi recipes and flavor combinationsa Sushi Chef or in a similar role in a restaurant or catering setting
- Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including cutting, rolling, and plating
- Familiarity with different types of fish and seafood used in sushi dishes
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in handling raw fish
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
