Fox Run is seeking dynamic and talented Mental Health Tech/Behavioral Health for 2nd shift(2:30 p.m. - 11 p.m.), 3rd shift(10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.).
The Direct Care/Behavioral Health position is a front-line, entry-level opportunity with responsibility for direct patient care of our children and adolescent residents. The Mental Health Tech/Behavioral Health ensures the safety and well-being of the residents while supporting the therapeutic milieu.
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to help us continue our tradition of helping our residents achieve the greatest chance of success possible. The Mental Health Tech/Behavioral Health participates in the development and implementation of clients' behavioral programs by providing care and close supervision of facility clients and documenting behavior; by developing positive relationships with clients and co-workers; following facility policies and procedures; and by implementing treatment plans and providing crisis intervention as necessary.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or GED is required.
Experience working in a children/adolescent program preferred but not required.
Experience in a residential program is preferred.
Valid state driver's license
