Our client, an independent living community in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team!
This position has a compensation of $21 per hour!
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Job Responsibilities:
· Act on behalf of Administrator when Administrator is out of the building.
· Report any concerns pertaining to the building and residents to the Administrator
· Interact with residents, their families, and staff in a professional and respectful manner
· Oversee petty cash, bus, copy/fax machine, light bulb/key. & laundry funds.
- Process rent collection and bank deposits.
· Issue coffee shop gift certificates and bus passes.
· Purchase stamps and sell to residents.
· Wrap quarters and sell to residents.
· Program key fob entry system with new resident move-ins.
· Interact with residents and their family.
· Assist with scheduling weekly resident bus trips.
· Assist Administrator with special events (fund raisers, volunteer luncheon, etc.)
· Type monthly calendar for events and activities.
· Filing
- Mail brochures.
- Provide tour of building to future residents.
- Provide residents with building policies and answer any questions.
Job Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Excellent customer service experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, and Windows 365
· Experience in a similar role is preferred
