We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and preparation
- Conduct proofreading and editing of various documents
- Provide support to the dental receptionist as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Utilize computer literacy skills to navigate various software programs, including Google Suite
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
