Camber is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President to oversee strategic development, financial management, and program operations for our Kansas City, Wichita, and Hays Programs. This role is key to fostering leadership development, service sustainability, and process improvement, achieving KPIs in Employee Retention, Customer Experience, and Financial Strength.
Education:

Master’s degree required; related health field preferred.

Responsibilities:

Oversee staff development and program operations.

Ensure compliance and champion quality assurance.
