Location: This role primarily functions from our vibrant office located near Pima and Via Ventura in beautiful Scottsdale. Exciting news: We're in the process of launching our second Scottsdale location, and this role will give you the opportunity to shine in managing both locations!
Work Hours: This is a full-time position with full-time benefits! Expect to find yourself in the groove between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays, with occasional after-hours on-call duties as the situation requires.
Job Description:
As our Spa Coordinator, you'll be helping our business owner tenants thrive. If you're a natural host, confident in yourself, and an extrovert with a knack for sales and a can-do attitude with no problem taking the reins, this role is tailor-made for you. This role is 3/4 office work and highly administrative and 1/4 in the field checking the properties and showing potential tenants.
Compensation: Earn a competitive wage ranging from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, plus exciting bonuses!

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Representing ownership with pride and professionalism
Onboarding new business owner tenants and overseeing move-ins and move-outs
Managing communications with tenants via emails, phone calls, and text platforms, including scheduling and invoicing
Crafting an exceptional guest experience, problem-solving, and ensuring overall happiness
Keeping the place running like a well-oiled machine by providing scheduling and logistical support for move-ins and move-outs, repairs, tours, cleaning crews, and events
Conducting quality control checks, walking the buildings, popping by owners’ suites, and ensuring our properties are impeccably maintained and ready to welcome guests
Handling supply stocking and basic inventory management, so that supplies never run out and are routinely distributed to our locations
Collaborating closely with our office staff and ownership as a dedicated team player
Meeting and giving tours of the facilities to potential tenants, showcasing the property's appeal
Supervising cleaning crews and addressing any facility-related concerns
Managing contractors and ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks
Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations
Cultivating a positive company image and fostering a welcoming culture at all locations
Providing regular property performance reports to property owners
Qualifications
Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal (phone) and written (email)
Must be quick on a computer and experienced with Excel and can figure out most computer software programs.
Must have an eye for detail
Must have the ability to take responsibility, take charge, and see things through to completion
Proficiency in working independently and as part of a collaborative team
A knack for critical thinking and creative problem-solving
Resourcefulness in finding solutions
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (Mileage reimbursement)
Preferred Experience:
Property management: 2 years
Facility Management: 2 years
Maintenance / Cleaning: 1 year
Customer service: 2 years or Retail: 2 years
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
