Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate parties.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and organize invoices and payments, both physical and electronic.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other staff members.
- Provide support to staff in various administrative tasks.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry and inventory organization.
-Process, track and receive orders and shipments as requested.
- Utilize QuickBooks or similar software for basic bookkeeping tasks.
-Providing direct support to the Principal and assisting in prioritizing projects and tasks.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle multiple phone lines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable.
