We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support employer in the Golden Oak, Fl area. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance, manage calendars, and coordinate tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handle duties such as greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism
- Manage Executive House Keeper
- Coordinate and support event planning activities
- Type and transcribe documents accurately
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in event planning
