Job Title: Kitchen Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality food preparation, maintaining inventory control, and upholding high standards of cleanliness and organization. Provide meals for incoming clients that are healthy and nutritious.
Duties:
-Keep a clean work environment before, during and after shift
-Provide a healthy balanced diet for clients
- Coordinate food preparation and cooking activities
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage kitchen budget and expenses effectively
- Develop new menu items that are part of a healthy balanced diet
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in culinary management, preferably in fine dining or catering settings
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory control, and food safety standards
Skills:
