Weekly Schedule:
- An Onsite position
- Monday – Friday (with flexibility for on-call shifts)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- P & L Performance
- Customer KPI Performance
- Safety Training—must know logs, DOT compliance, and have CSA understanding.
- Learns functions of key positions in the company & support team
- Focus on dispatch and learning key operations.
- Customer communication with load updates, set appointments, etc.
- Invoicing and Payroll.
- Safety & Maintenance procedure compliance
- May involve Ride-A-Longs with team members or travel for company events
Qualifications:
- Firm knowledge operating in ERP systems such as TMW, Various Dispatch Systems, AS400, Customer ERP Systems, Citrix, PC Miler/Routing, and Maintenance Reporting System.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Good problem resolution skills.
- Possess strong data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; while maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure is very important.
- Excellent organization skills.
Education & Experience:
- Management experience is required.
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience desired.
- Background in Safety and OSHA compliance is desired.
- Experience in a transportation environment is desired.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
