Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit them
-Promptly process customers purchase orders ensuring accurate and timely delivery
-Work with different departments to fulfill customer needs
-Travel occasionally to conferences and air shows
Experience:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and accurate with completing customer quotes and orders
- Organized with ability to prioritize and organize tasks
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft and ability to learn different software
