Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the emergency room.

Perform patient assessments, triage, and implement appropriate care plans.

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with emergency nursing best practices.

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of Massachusetts.

Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred.
