Do you want to help children and families reach their full potential? We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing, multidisciplinary team and help bootstrap a physical therapy practice in the clinic.

We serve children with needs such as sensory processing, fine-motor, emotional regulation, feeding, and neurodevelopmental challenges. Most of our clients are young children but we do serve the occasional teenage client and young adult.
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-time
Job Responsibilities include:
- Provide therapy services for children with a varied range of challenges and needs
- Perform evaluations using formal and informal assessment measures
- Implement and address measurable goals for clients.
- Maintain timely documentation records.
- Participate as a team-player among our multidisciplinary teams
- Clearly and effectively communicate with colleagues, outside professionals, and client parents.
Salary: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 full-time equivalent per year, pay level determined by experience
Work Setting: Primarily In-person onsite with some telehealth (<15%)

- OTR License
- WA State License (or eligibility to obtain license)
