The Payroll Assistant reports directly to the Payroll Supervisor and helps to ensure that the department is partnering collaboratively with schools, families and staff to enable equitable outcomes for all children. The Payroll Assistant is responsible for the accurate processing of payroll and related deductions, conducting audits and running queries and reports in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Education:
- A high school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- Two (2) years of related experience is preferred, including exposure to an automated accounting/payroll system.
Terms Of Employment:
Twelve-month year (July 1 to June 30)
