Responsibilities:
- Provide exce
onal customer
service to
lients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer client inquiries and
resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Answer inbound calls and
make outbound calls answering general questions and/or transferring calls to
the appropriate staff member or department.
- Follow company policies and
procedures for all interactions
- Monitor incoming faxes
for documents to be attached to the patient’s medical record.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in
customer service or call center is a plus
- Excellent communication
skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and
active listening skills
- Ability to prioritize
tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving
skills and ability to think on your feet
- Detail-oriented with the
ability to accurately enter data into systems
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a
plus.
