Job Overview:
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by managing schedules for our clients and Care Professionals while providing excellent customer service. Your efforts will directly impact the quality of care we deliver.
Duties:
Manage and coordinate client and Care Professional schedules ensuring all client shifts are filled with the appropriate Care Pro.
Assist in the selection of Care Pros for new clients
Handle urgent and last minute changes to schedules
Provide exceptional customer service by accurate and timely communications to clients and Care Professionals
Provide accurate documentation in our scheduling system
Answer our telephones in a timely and professional manner.
Skills:
- Experience in scheduling within a home care agency or similar role preferred
- Ability to learn and work within our scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with other team members, clients, family members, and Care Professionals in resolving problems regarding scheduling matters
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
