Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to join our team at J & J Air. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, customer service, and client scheduling.
Duties:
· Collaborate with HVAC sales and installation teams for HVAC job permitting
· Assist the HVAC sales and installation departments with client scheduling
· Develop internal policies and procedures as needed
· Prepare detailed reports on HVAC installation activities as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of Data Entry
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities
- Knowledge of the geography of the Grand Strand area
- Experience in customer service

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
