**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through account management, customer service, and outside sales efforts. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. This role is a independent contractor position.
**Duties:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote sales
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients in local neighborhoods affected by storm damage
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Deliver roof and exterior inspections to potential clients
- Knock on doors around each build to gain clients
- Assist homeowners with any questions they have about filing claims with their insurance
- Communicate back and forth with Precision's production and supplement departments to get the best insurance payout for your client
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in sales, or in construction
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
