We're actively seeking an energetic, dedicated, and experienced professional to join our team, as a part-time (3-4 days per week) Office Manager where you'll play a pivotal role in the firm's operations, client interactions, and overall growth of our firm. In our fast-paced environment, each day presents new challenges and opportunities, making it essential for our Office Manager to be a proactive problem solver committed to enhancing our business.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional services firm experience, preferably in an Office Manager role or similar
- Financial Industry experience in banking, wealth management, financial services, accounting, consulting, or corporate legal services is required.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities while also possessing effective communication skills is a must.
- Possesses demonstrated leadership experience, either as a business professional or former Office or Operations Manager.
- Must have a Bachelors Degree in business, finance, accounting or similar; prefer to have Masters Degree
- Excellent computer skills required; proficient or advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams).
- Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce is a plus, but the ability to quickly learn these systems with training is a requirement.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and independent judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Office Manager responsible for operations, including billing and payables, accounting and reporting, technology, human resources, and ongoing special projects relating to these areas. While the responsibilities are wide-ranging, there is a routine cycle to our business and these core areas. In this role, we are looking for a leader to join our team who will help us improve our business and contribute to future growth and success.

A boutique Atlanta-based mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance advisory firm, providing independent economic and financial advice and execution services for lower middle market companies in a variety of industries with revenues typically between $10 million and $300 million. We offer a full range of transaction and advisory services, guiding clients through sell-side transactions and exit strategy planning, growth through acquisition, debt restructuring and corporate recapitalization. The team is a senior deal team with extensive knowledge and insight into the full life cycle of M&A and corporate finance engagements.
