Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, sales, and returns
- Provide information about products and services
- Process customer orders and payments
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of electronics sales or wireless sales is beneficial
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Familiarity with cash register operations
- Excellent phone etiquette
