JOB SUMMARY
Are you passionate about ensuring product quality and upholding high standards? Join our dynamic team as a Quality Inspector! You will be the cornerstone of our quality assurance efforts, working on the production floor to inspect and verify products meet exceptional standards. With at least 6 months of quality assurance experience, ideally in the semiconductor or electronics industry, your understanding of manufacturing processes, GMPs, lean/continuous improvement, and PPE usage will be crucial. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma, technical school education, or equivalent required.
QUALIFICATIONS
The incumbent MUST be able to:

Thoroughly understand the product and/or process being inspected.

Pay exceptional attention to detail.

Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to complete reports.
LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Ability to simultaneously receive and accurately implement multiple instructions.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Emphasis on mathematics preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Quality Inspector has the authority and responsibility to:

Perform routine visual inspections and specified tests on raw materials, goods in process, and finished products.

Test, inspect, and approve raw materials based on established quality specifications.

Identify faults in materials and the manufacturing process through observation and testing.

Use statistical methods to test product samples and evaluate the quality of full product batches before delivery to clients or customers.

Compare inspection and test results to company quality standards and report results to supervisors for final analysis and action steps.

Develop, maintain, and post logs, charts, and forms detailing quality levels, inspection data, and results of special quality studies for review by line mechanics, supervisors, and other production staff.

Consult with supervisors to determine appropriate recommendations and remedies for questionable products.

Maintain quality records as needed.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
