**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services.
- Coordinate client communications and support, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Maintain client records and handle administrative tasks.
- Assist in organizing events and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery.
