The Sales Specialist participates in and supports sales management efforts, by assisting the Branch Manager in a range of recruiting and agent onboarding/training activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Recruiting: assists the Branch Manager in recruitment of new and experienced sales agents on an ongoing basis.
- Onboarding: participates in some aspects of new agent onboarding.
- Leads educational classes for sales agents on the company's available technology tools and resources
- Meets with Branch Manager as needed to ensure office goals are met.
- Assists Branch Manager with agent coaching and transactions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Five or more years real estate sales and recruiting experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively recruit sales agents; ability to communicate the company's agent value proposition with clarity and accuracy
- Ability to effectively present trainings to sales associates
- Highly organized and detailed orientated
- Prior experience coaching and training sales associates, required, preferably in real estate
- Strong technology skills, including internet, required. Must be proficient with technology tools and teaching agents on utilization of tools.
- Strong focus on delivering a consistently high level of customer service
- Must have a valid Real Estate or Broker's license
- Must be supportive of company events, systems and initiatives and have the ability to take direction from leadership
